In this Project, the implementation of an interleaved Two-stage Fly back converter is carried out. The system includes EMI Filter, Bridge rectifier, Fly back converter, PI controller and DC motor. In outdoor light-emitting diode (LED) lighting systems, there are a lot of applications. By implementing a Two-stage structure with fly back converter using a PWM technique with discontinuous conduction mode and using a PI controller, power factor can be improved with reduction in harmonics. By changing the load using a dc motor, high efficiency with low ac line for high power applications can be obtained. The two-stage Fly back converter is usually used for high power applications. This project proposes a new pulse duty cycle control method with pulse frequency modulation for an interleaved Two-stage flyback ac–dc converter. The proposed converter is expected to give high PF and low total harmonic distortion even when the output power is very low. The overall system performance is improved in terms of current and voltage.
